PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFOE USING OUR PLATFORM. USE OF PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIOS OUTLINED AND TO BE BOUND BY THIS AS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND WORK LAB. If you do not agree to all terms outlined, please do not make use of any of the services offered or platform.

The following Terms & Conditions is applicable to your use of Work Lab, online website and the services we provide here under. These terms govern your use of www.work-lab.co.za.

Work lab reserves the right to make any and all changes to the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Amendment dates will be listed at bottom of Terms and Conditions.

General

All information and content posted or submitted for us on www.work-lab.co.za website, including all advertisements, photos and designs are to be of your own work or granted permission by owner. By sharing of all content, designs, photos and information with www.work-lab.co.za website and company, you hereby grant permission or warrant that the owner has granted us permission to use any and all information, photos, adverts, designs; royalty free and non-licensed for Work Lab to use. You agree that all information listed above to be of your own and to be true; if found to be false, you will be removed immediately and held responsible for supplying false and misleading information including any costs or legalities that may occur. Any evidence requested will be handed over to relevant parties to co-operate and assist where necessary.

Work Lab cannot be held liable in any way for any and all work carried out by one of their registered trades. Please note that we are a platform to help and assist only in connecting you with trades. Any and all claims must be dealt with directly with the specific trade that you have selected to get the job done. Work Lab is a website and that alone, to connect you with registered tradesmen to have work completed and selected by you.

Please let us know, complaints@work-lab.co.za if there are any specific dealings that we can assist with and if any fraudulent activities have taken place. PLEASE NOTE as we appreciate honest reviews regarding our trades we respect our trades the exact same – and do not accept/ tolerate false allegations made.

Work Lab website is a free platform for users to utilize and connect with qualified and trusted tradesmen in their area to fulfill a job they require completed. The platform is free service provided and no charges will be claimed from the user.

Rating our Trades

Within our platform, there is a rating function to rate your experience and workmanship experienced with your specific trade. Please ensure all ratings to be honest, fair and a true representation of what your experience was; any submissions to be found false and damaging to any of our trades reputation and names; Work Lab reserves the right to remove all feedback and ratings which we deem unfair and false from our platform.

Work Lab does not use any of the review and rating system to endorse any particular company or trade; this function has been made available to users and their own personal true experience.

Copyright & Property

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby accept that any and all information/ content provided by you, grant us copyright to all content provided, present and future and grant permission to make use of all information/ content in any way we see fit, unless otherwise stated within.

Work Lab reserves the right remove (subject to review) any; files, content, informations, ratings, messages, without consent or prior notice if fails to meet our standards and infringes on our terms and conditions outlined; this is not limited to suspending of all/ some access to our website features and use of platform.

Any and all content and information with www.work-lab.co.za and their social media accounts, including images, texts, audio and video is owned and copyright protected under Weimann Group PTY Ltd and all of its subsidiaries. You may not use any of above listed without written permission. It is agreed that if you fail to agree to the mentioned parameters and found to have caused any damage to our reputation or financial, we reserve the right to claim any and all damages by you.

Users

You (user) agree that any contract, discussions, work, meetings, messages, telephonic calls, whastapps and work done at your premises, has been concluded between you and the relevant trades and has no association between Work Lab.

Work Lab has no obligation to carry out any work or services to you (user) and accepts no liability or damage.

Work Lab website is a free platform for users to utilize and connect with qualified and trusted tradesmen in their area to fulfil a job they require. The platform is free service provided and no charges will be claimed from the user.

All aspects of www.work-lab.co.za to be used at your own risk and please ensure that you properly search and make use of all of our features that have been provided to you.

How it works

Our easily designed platform allows you to connect and list a job that you have available to be quoted and completed now. Please do not get in touch if not ready for work to commence. This function allows you to connect with 3 Tradesmen immediately and easily that will contact you directly and ensure you have the work completed on time and within your budget. You are able to select which tradesmen you would like to complete the job and your decision. If not wanting to make use of this function, you are welcome to manually search through our directory to find you own tradesmen and company to get in touch and come see to your job getting done.

Trades Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all Trades within Work Lab registry.
Trades agree to uphold the highest of quality of standards and to ensure the brand, Work Lab to be carried as their own.
Subscription payments are non-refundable and paid monthly via debt order.
If payment fails to be claimed, extra charges will be charged directly to you.
Debt orders to be made 25^th of Every Month.
Work Lab offers a 7 day free trial, trades can cancel at any point in time within the 7 days and receive a full refund. The trades forfeit the refund if a lead has been sent within the 7 days and will not be reimbursed.
Trades agree to respond to all leads with the utmost importance and ensure that all leads are responded to and within 1 hour of receipt.
Leads will be sent via email.
Trades agree that their company is of honest and true nature and have a clear criminal record– if found or later charged Work lab reserves the right to remove you with immediate effect.
All trades to ensure any and all workers have a clear criminal record.
Documents to be kept on hand in paper and digital, to be provided to Work lab upon registering with us are;

Business Reg. Forms, certified ID of all Directors, Certified Proof of address of all Directors, Business banking details, Driver’s license of all Directors, Work Lab information form for each Director and any certificates to ensure you and your employees are registered and qualified to carry out the work/ service you provide.

Work Lab reserves the right to deny registration to our platform if any of the above mentioned documents cannot or will not be provided.
Work Lab reserves the right to remove you from its platform with immediate effect if; found to conduct yourself/ business in a manner that breaches our terms, gross negligence and fraudulent/ criminal activity or charges brought upon.
Any loss occurred to Work Lab, due to gross negligence may be claimed back from you.
Trades agree to visibly promote Work Lab at all times and ensure they have their approved Work Lab Stickers on all company vehicles.
Trades agree to list on all social media platforms that they are a part of the Work Lab platform. This will ensure equal coverage and greater reach for greater business growth for themselves.
Trades agree to submit to police clearance checks at any given point in time. Failure to meet, may result in suspension or deactivation of your account.
Trades agree to be allocated area closest to their business premises, unless otherwise stated in writing – zone amounts depend on subscription chosen.

Please ensure you have a working cellphone (With data) and email address to receive leads generated at any given time.
